A Loving Bitch Slap/Honest Rant/Urgent Wakeup Call/Passionate Pep Talk for your SOUL

A Loving Bitch Slap/Honest Rant/Urgent Wakeup Call/Passionate Pep Talk for your SOUL

Last night I experienced one of the best, deepest, SWEATIEST and most connected Ecstatic Dances of my life. Words are so stupidly inadequate in attempting to describe the juice, the heat, the moving tapestry of bodies, rhythms, heartbeats and bassline.

DJ Kareem Raïhani is a true master. And damn… This was one night of steamy mix of bodily fluids. The red dakini dress has never been this soaked before… ;)

On my way home I cycled past a small snail that was slowly advancing up a wall. Slow motion slithering in the rain.

And although I’m pretty sure they’re the epitome of zen, snails (ehm, generally) don’t go to Ecstatic Dance. I’m so freaking grateful to be a human in this life!!

Now onto today’s video:

A Loving Bitch Slap/Honest Rant/Urgent Wakeup Call/Passionate Pep Talk for your SOUL!

This is a credo to the creative fire in all of us, the adventure that wants to be lived and that is beckoning us whether we listen or not.

Life is NOW. We are limitless beings. Let’s blow the roof off this thing.

P.S. After the dance last night I’m now even more looking forward to The Ecstatic Awakening Retreat. If it’s humanly possible for you to be there – justdoit.
A few spaces left for the full retreat experience, and about 40 tickets left for the Ecstatic Dance. Deadline to sign up for the retreat with food & accommodation is this Friday at noon.

Hey dear ronja, thanks for sharing and inspiring.
I would like to share a bit of my journey, i was stuck in a life with my daughter for years. So called ‘living my dream’ working as a performer, but i founds life as a single mum, working evenings or weekends, taking my daughter to school and swimming lessond pretty hard. I missed the interactive part; where we all create, and i thought there must be more happiness possible!
Last year june we left Holland, just started driving and from there ended up staying in ibiza for almost a year. I did it. I got out.
It’s been amazing, tough, a lot to feel, magical and much more, and i got to know myself in so so many ways and i’m so grateful and i feel so ALIVE. It’s not always perfect, but i am co-creating, moving fast, not knowing is my home. To then all of a sudden know, and feel wherw to go and what to do. My intuition sharpened. Felt like i got a course in LIVING the past year.
The struggle that is becoming clear now for me, also answering ronja’s question ‘whats holding you back’: i have a child inside that needs people’s approval, appreciation. So what’s holding me back from sharing everything that i am, recording video’s, and teaching is that im basicly too shy to do so. Even deeper: something to do with my right to excist. My basic safety. What if im rejected? Or not seen?
Im practising opening myself for me in every moment and that’s quite deep. Feels like a key. But feedback’s always welcome.
Thanks to my open heart for sharing. And thanks to you ronja. Lovely to meet you ♡

O and, to the woman you’re refering to in the video: i decided to go only one month before, so i had so much to arrange that there was no time to be scared. And going and travelling has always just happened in the now. And i was always there. As myself. So, if you are handeling right now, you will handle it then, in the future. It’s just step by step, day by day, moment by moment.. And it will always be with yourself. Trust your heart and the abundance that is already there will be able to show itself.

Wonderfully inspiring. This made me stop, think and switch course away from what was not right.

What is the name of the artist and song playing in the background?

    Thank you <3
